L. Leigh's Bill.

ORDERED, That the Bill to enable the Lord Leigh to sell Lands shall be read the Second Time To-morrow Morning.

Hammonds Bill.

ORDERED, That the Committee for the Bill to enable Mary Hamond and others to sell Lands shall meet Tomorrow Morning, at Nine of the Clock.

Bills of Middlesex, &c.

ORDERED, That the Committee concerning Bills of Midd. &c. shall meet on Monday next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Greene and Cole, in Error.

This Day the Lord Chief Justice of the Court of Common Pleas, according to the usual Form, brought up a Writ of Error, to reverse a Proceeding in the Hustings of London, between Greene and Cole.

Nugent versus Talbot.

Whereas Counsel was appointed to be heard, at the Bar, in the Cause upon the Petition of Sir Robert Nugent Baronet, and the Answer of Colonel Richard Talbott to the said Petition, on Tuesday the 6th Day of December Instant; the House being this Day moved, "That Colonel Richard Talbot, being now coming from Ireland, may have some longer Time to prepare for the said Hearing:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Colonel Richard Talbot shall have Time till Tuesday the Twentieth Day of December Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon, to prepare himself accordingly.

Dr. Salmon versus Hamb. Company.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will hear Counsel, at the Bar, in the Cause between Peter Salmon Doctor in Physic, and other Creditors of the Fellowship of Merchants Adventurers of England, commonly called or known by the Name of Hambrough Merchants, and the said Fellowship or Company, on Saturday the Third Day of December Instant, at Ten of the Clock in the Morning; whereof all Parties concerned are to take Notice, by the affixing this Order to the Doors of this House.

Fry versus Porter.

This House having fully heard Counsel on both Parts, in the Cause upon the Petition of Anne Fry Widow and Mountjoy her Son, being an Appeal from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, concerning a Messuage called Newport House; and the Answer of George Porter Esquire, Uncle and Guardian to George Porter an Infant, to the said Petition:

After due Consideration had of what was offered on either Part, it is Resolved, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Petition be dismissed.

Message to H. C. with L. Stafford's Bill.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Justinian Lewin and Sir William Childe:

To deliver to them the Bill for confirming the Agreement between the Lord Viscount de Stafford and his Tenants, and desire their Concurrence thereunto.
