ORDERED, That the Bill concerning the Payment of the Debts of Sir Clifford Clifton shall be read the First Time To-morrow Morning, the First Business.

Prettyman, E. of Marlborough's Servant, arrested, Privilege.

Upon Complaint made to the House, "That Thomas Prettyman, menial Servant to the Earl of Marlborough, a Peer of this Realm, is arrested, sitting the Parliament, by Thomas Middleton, a Serjeant, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament:"

Middleton sent for.

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Thomas Middleton is hereby required to appear at the Bar of this House To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock, to answer to the said Complaint, and bring with him the said Thomas Prettyman; and this shall be a sufficient Warrant on that Behalf.

Cusack & al. versus Usher, in Error.

Whereas His Majesty's Writ of Error, returnable into the House of Peers in Parliament, is directed to the Lord Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench, requiring him to bring into this House a Judgement of that Court, entered in the Rolls thereof, for affirming a Judgement given in the Court of King's Bench in the Kingdom of Ireland, for William Usher, against John Cusacke and Robert Hussey:

It appearing that the Lord Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench here is now sick; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Senior Judge now sitting in that Court shall bring up the said Judgement into the House of Peers, with the Transcript thereof, according to the usual Form.

Morris versus Dove.

ORDERED, That this House will hear the Counsel further, in the Cause between Morris and Dove Tomorrow Morning.
