Bill against Conventicles.

The House was adjourned into a Committee, to take into further Consideration the Bill for preventing and suppressing seditious Conventicles.

The House being resumed;

The Earl of Bridgwater reported, "That the Committee of the whole House have made further Progress in the Bill concerning Conventicles; but, finding the Consideration thereof will require longer Time, the Committee desires the House would appoint the said Committee to sit again To-morrow Morning, to proceed further therein."

Which the House ordered accordingly.

Grenvile versus Elwes.

Whereas To-morrow was appointed to take into Consideration the Petition of Bernard Greenvile Esquire, this House appoints Friday Morning next for that Business.

Committees adjourned.

ORDERED, That such Committees as were appointed to sit this Afternoon shall meet To-morrow Morning, at Nine of the Clock.
