Devaux versus Colladon.

Upon hearing of Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition of Sir Theodore De Vaux Knight, concerning certain Proceedings in Chancery, relating to the Estate and Person of Hester the Daughter of Edward de Pleurs, deceased; and also the Answer of Sir John Colladon Knight thereunto:

After due Consideration had by this House of what was offered on either Part, it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, that the said Petition of Sir Theodore De Vaux be, and is hereby, dismissed this House.

Adjourn.
