Judgement against Holles, Sir J. Elliot, & al. to be brought in.

ORDERED, That, in regard the Lord Chief Justice of the Court of King's Bench is now gone Circuit, the ancientest Judge of the said Court now in Town is hereby appointed to bring into this House the Record of the King's Bench Court, wherein the Judgement is entered against the now Lord Holles, then by the Name of Denzell Holles Esquire, and others, on Wednesday Morning next, at Ten of the Clock.

L. Butler, Leave to be absent.

The Lord Butler hath Leave to be absent from this House, in regard he is to go speedily into Ireland about His Majesty's Service, and intends to leave his Proxy.

The Lord Windsor and the Lord Delamer are added to the Committee concerning Trade.

The Duke of Richmond, Earl of Essex, and the Lord Howard of Charlt. are added to the Committee for Sir Thomas Leventhorpe's Bill.

The Lord Viscount Say & Seale is added to the Committee for the Bill concerning Bedford Levell.

Morley and Grenvile versus Elwes.

Next, this House took into further Consideration what Judgement to give, in the Cause depending between Cutbert Morley and Bernard Grenvile Esq. Plaintiffs, and Jeremy and Henry Elwaies Defendants.

The Petition and Decree made in Chancery, complained of by the Plaintiffs, were read.

And, after some Debate, it is ORDERED, That on Thursday the 27th of Feb. Instant, this House will proceed to consider what Judgement to give in the Case now depending in this House, between Cutbert Morley and Bernard Grenvile Esq. and Jeremy and Henry Elwaies, upon the whole Matter as it lies before their Lordships, in the Petition, Answer, Decree, and Proofs thereupon made, at the Bar of this House.

Earls of Lindsey, Berks, and Stamford, versus L. Cullen.

Upon reading the humble Petition of Robert Earl of Lyndsey Lord Great Chamberlain of England, Thomas Earl of Berks and Elizabeth his Wife, Henry Earl of Stamford and Anne his Wife (which Elizabeth and Anne were Sisters and Coheirs of Diana late Countess of Oxford deceased), claiming a Title to the Honour and Manor of Heddingham, alias Henningham, in the County of Essex, with the Appurtenances, now in the Possession of Brian Lord Viscount Cullen in the Kingdom of Ireland, and Elizabeth his Wife:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Lord Viscount Cullen shall put in his Answer to the said Petition by Thursday the 26th Day of March next.

Adjourn.
