Offley and the King, in Error.

ORDERED, That Counsel shall be heard, to argue the Errors in the Writ of Error between Offley Plaintiff and the King Defendant, To-morrow Morning.

Staunton versus Holgate.

Upon hearing of Counsel this Day at the Bar, upon the Petition of Penelope Staunton Widow, the Administratrix de Bonis, &c. of Philip Cage Esquire deceased, the Administrator of Dame Anne Waade deceased, Grandmother of the Petitioner, the said Petition being an Appeal from a Dismission of her Bill in the Court of Exchequer, concerning the Manor of Belise and St. John's Wood, in the County of Midd.; as also upon the Plea of John Holgat Defendant, put in to the said Appeal:

After due Consideration had of what hath been offered on either Part, the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled do resolve and adjudge, That the said Plea put in by the said John Holgate is a good Plea, and that the said Petition and Appeal of the said Penelope Staunton be dismissed this House.

L. Roberts & al. versus Cresset; & è contra.

ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause upon the Petition and Appeal of John Lord Roberts, Sir Richard Wynne Baronet, and Henry Wynne Esquire, from a Decree made in the Court of Chancery, for Sale of some of the Lands late of John Bodvell Esquire deceased, and upon the Answer of John Cresset Gentleman put in thereunto; as also the Cause upon the Petition and Appeal of the said John Cresset, for reversing Part of a Decree made in the Court of Chancery in November last, concerning the Sale of the said Lands; and the Answer of the said Lord Roberts, Sir Richard Wynne, and Henry Wynne, put in thereunto, shall be heard, by Counsel on both Parts respectively, at the Bar of this House, on Saturday next, at Ten of the Clock in the Forenoon.
