E. of Cleveland's Bill.

The Earl of North'ton reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Earl of Cleveland's Bill, and have examined the Particulars of it, and had the Opinion of some Judges in those Points that were of Difficulty; whereupon the Committee offers the said Bill to the Consideration of the House, as fit to pass as it is."

But there arose some Debates concerning Particulars in it; which being ended, the said Bill was read.

Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enlarge the Time given by a former Act for Redemption of Mortgages made by the Earl of Cleveland."

The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"

It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

D. of Bucks' Claim to the Title of L. Roos.

ORDERED, That To-morrow Morning Counsel shall be heard, at the Bar, concerning the Duke of Bucks' Claim to the Title of Lord Ross, in relation to the Bill for Illegitimation of the Lady Ann Rosse's Children.

Adjourn.
