Message to H. C. with it.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir William Childe and Sir Tymothy Baldwin:
To deliver to them the Bill passed this House, to enable the Duke of Albemarle to re-convey Lands mortgaged to his Father, and to desire Concurrence thereunto.

Sequestration of Estates in Chancery.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That it be referred to the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Privileges of the House of Peers (who are to meet on Monday next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon), to consider of the Proceedings in the Court of Chancery upon Sequestration of Estates, and what Law there is to warrant such Proceedings; and to make Report thereof unto this House.
