Upon Information to this House, by the Earl of North'ton, "That divers Goods have been illegally taken from him; and he knows in what Place some of them are:"
It is ORDERED, That the Earl of North'ton shall have Leave to possess himself of such Goods as he can find belong to him, in those particular Places as his Lordship shall name, wheresoever they are.
Dr. Warmstrey's Petition.
Upon reading the Petition of Doctor Warmstrey:
It is ORDERED, That he shall have the Benefit of the general Order of this House, made in the Case of sequestered Ministers.

Upon reading the Petition of Portington:
It is ORDERED, To be referred to the Committee for Petitions; who, having heard all Parties therein concerned, are to make Report thereof to this House.
Harrison and Vaux sent for, for disobeying L. Craven's Order.
Upon reading of several Affidavits, "That Elizabeth the Wife of George Vaux, and George Harrison, do refuse to give Possession of Lands to the Lord Craven, according to an Order of this House, dated the 6 of June Instant:"
It is ORDERED, &c. That, for the said Contempt to the Order of this House, the said Elizabeth Vaux and George Harrison shall be sent for, as Delinquents, to answer their Contempts to the Order of this House; which is hereby confirmed, to be executed as formerly.
Commissioners for Enfield Chace, to bring Persons to Accompt, for Timber sold there.
Upon Information to this House, by some of the Gentlemen that were appointed by this House to take the Accompts of those Persons that have sold and bought Woods of the King's in Enfeild Chace, and that those Persons will not come to an Accompt:
It is ORDERED, That these Gentlemen do apply themselves to the Commissioners of the King's Treasury, to give them the same Information as they have done to this House, that so the said Commissioners may do therein as they shall see Cause.
Information, &c. against L. Purbeck.
ORDERED, That the several Informations against the Lord Viscount Purbeck, and likewise the Paper of Precedents now read, be delivered to the King's Attorney General and His Majesty's other Counsel Learned in the Law, to make a State of the Business to this House, that so their Lordships may give further Directions concerning this Business.

Upon reading the Petition of John Gibbons, Laurance Readinge, and other Participants of Hatfeild Levell:
It is ORDERED, To be referred to the Committee of Petitions; who are to hear all Parties concerned, and report the same to this House.

Mrs. Penruddock's Petition, concerning her Husband's Death.
Upon reading the Petition of Arrundell Penruddock, concerning the Death of her Husband contrary to Law:
It is ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Petition be referred to the Committee of Petitions, who are to hear all Parties concerned, and report the same to this House.
Informations, &c. against L. Purbeck.
ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the several Informations formerly presented to this House, and likewise the Paper of Precedents now read, concerning the Lord Viscount Purbeck, be delivered to His Majesty's Learned Counsel at Law, to make a State of the Business, and present the same to this House with what convenient Speed they can, that so their Lordships may give further Directions concerning this Business.
L. Craven, against Vaux and Harrison.
Upon reading of several Affidavits, "That Eliz. the Wife of George Vaux, and George Harrison, do refuse to give Possession of Lands belonging to the Lord Craven, according to the Order of this House, dated the 6th of June Instant:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the Gentleman Usher attending this House, or his Deputy, do forthwith attach the Bodies of the aforesaid Elizabeth Vaux and George Harrison, and bring them before the Lords in Parliament, to answer to their Contempts to the said Order of this House; which is hereby confirmed, to be executed as formerly.
Order for the E. of North'ton to search sundry Houses, for his Goods, &c. taken away during the late Troubles.
Upon Information given this Day to the House, "That some Persons have taken out of the House of the Earl of North'ton, at Ashby, in the County of North'ton, since these unhappy Times, and have carried away his Goods and Household Stuff, to a very great Value:"
It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the said Earl shall have Liberty, by his Servants and Agents, to make diligent and narrow Search for any of his said Goods and Household Stuff, in the Dwelling-house and Houses, and other Places, of or belonging to the Widow Wyatt, dwelling in Bugbrooke, in the County of North'ton, and likewise in the Houses and Out-houses of Mr. Woolston, Joseph Henchman, John Gifford, Mr. Sergeant, John Smart, Thomas Ogles, Widow Coles, Widow Ogles, and Mr. Spicer, dwelling in the Town of North'ton: And, that the said Goods may be the better discovered and found out, it is further OrDERED, That the said Parties thus employed by the Earl of North'ton shall and are hereby empowered, upon Resistance made, to break open, in the Day-time, with a lawful Officer, any Door, Trunk, Chest, or Box, that shall not be opened in Obedience and Conformity to this Order; and such Goods of the said Earl's as shall be thus found, to take, bear, and carry away for his Use, any Thing to the contrary in any wise notwithstanding.
The like Order was issued out to the Earl of North'ton, for searching the Houses of Mr. Betterson of Etonton, Thomas Beeling of Sutton in Gloucestershire, Henry Prescott of Swakely, Richard Rimell of Tue in Oxfordshire, and Mr. Hinton of Dreiton in Leicestershire, for Goods which were taken away out of his House at Compton, in the County of Warwicke.
