Marq. of Winton and L. St. John.

Upon Report of the Earl of Pembrooke, concerning the Difference between the Marquis of Winton and his Son:

It is ORDERED, That the Lord Chancellor be desired to move His Majesty, as from this House, "That He would be pleased to use His Wisdom and Mediation, that so a Reconciliation may be made between the said Marquis and his Son, and a Determination of all Differences between them."

Ministers Names to be inserted in the Order concerning sequestered Livings.

ORDERED, That the Clerk of the Parliament shall hereby have Power to insert the particular Names into the general Order made Yesterday concerning sequestered Ministers, of such as shall bring in Petitions directed to this House, and deliver them to him.

Baker, &c. sent for; for Contempt of L. Craven's Order.

Upon Complaint made, and reading Affidavits against Baker and others, who have disobeyed an Order of this House, and spoken contemptuously against the Order of this House made in the Case of the Lord Craven:

ORDERED, That they shall be sent for as Delinquents, to answer the same; and this House confirms the said Order made concerning the Lord Craven.

Marq. of Winton's Order.

ORDERED, That the Marquis Winton shall be put into present Possession of such Part of his Estate as is not sold, as was in the Case of the Marquis of Worcester.

Mrs. Thorpe's Petition, concerning the Death of her Husband.

Upon reading the Petition of Mary Thorpe Widow, concerning the Death of her Husband, by Justice Rolls and others:

It is ORDERED, That the said Petition is referred to the Consideration of the Committee for Petitions, who, having heard all Parties concerned therein, are to report to this House.

Byron & al. Petition.

Upon reading the Petition of Wm. Byron Esquire, and others:

It is ORDERED, To be referred to the Committee for Petitions, to hear all Parties therein concerned, and report the same to this House.

Musgrave versus Clement.

Upon reading the Petition of Mary Musgrave, against Gregory Clement:

It is ORDERED, To be referred to the Consideration of the Committee for Petitions, to hear all Parties concerned, and then to make Report to this House.

ORDERED, That the Marquis of Winton be added to the Committee for Petitions.

Marq. of Worcester's Order.

ORDERED, That the Order concerning Wollaston Wood, which restrains the Marquis of Worcester to dispose of his Woods there, be taken off; and the Marquis to be put into present Possession thereof, in Pursuance of the late Order of this House.

Order to confirm the One for restoring Ld. Craven to his Possessions.

Whereas the House was this Day informed, "That an Order, dated the 16th Day of June Instant, concerning the Lord Craven, was contemptuously disobeyed;" which was made appear to their Lordships by several Affidavits brought into this House:

It is ORDERED, &c. That the said Order is hereby ratified and confirmed in all Points; and that the same be forthwith put into Execution, for the re-possessing of the said Lord Craven of what hath been taken from his Lordship: And hereof all Parties and others to whom this doth or may appertain are to yield Obedience hereunto, as they will answer the contrary to this House.

Order for the Marq. of Winton to have Possession of his Lands, given to Sir T. Jervis and Wallop.

Upon Information given this Day to the House, "That some Lands of the Lord Marquis of Winchester, which were given to Sir Thomas Jervis and Mr. Robert Wallop, and the Profits thereof are kept from his Lordship, which are not sold:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the several Sheriffs, in the respective Counties where the said Lands do lie, shall give Possession of the same unto the said Lord Marquis, his Assignee or Assigns.

Order for the Marq. of Worcester to carry away Wood and Iron from Wollaston's Wood.

The House was this Day informed, "That the Lord Marquis of Worcester was restrained, by an Order of this House, dated the 30th of May last, for cutting of Wood and Timber in Wollaston's Wood, in the County of Gloucester, and carrying away Wood or Timber already felled, and remaining there; as also for Coals and Iron at the Iron Works near to the said Woods:"

It is ORDERED, by the Lords in Parliament assembled, That the said Marquis and his Assigns shall have free Liberty to cut, fell, take, and carry away, any Wood and Timber felled, or to be felled, within Wollaston's Wood aforesaid, and also Coals and Iron in or near the said Wood, according to his Lordship's Right and Interest unto the same; the said Order of the 30th of May last, or any Thing therein contained, in any wise notwithstanding: And hereof all whom this may concern are to take Notice, and yield Obedience accordingly.
