ORDERED, That the Committee for Privileges do meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

Froome Forest, E. of Orrery's Bill.

The Lord Chamberlain reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for confirming Eight Hundred Acres of Land, Parcel of the late Forest of Froome Letwood, unto the Earl of Orrory and his Heirs; and their Lordships think it fit to pass, with some Alterations, which are offered to the Judgement of this House."

The said Alterations were read Twice, and Agreed to; and the Bill ordered to be engrossed, with the said Alterations.

Bill against Gaming.

The Duke of Richmond reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill against unlawful Gaming; and their Lordships think it fit to pass, with a few Alterations."

The said Alterations, being read Twice, were Agreed to; and it is ORDERED, That the said Bill shall be engrossed, with the said Alterations.

Falmouth Parish Church Bill.

ORDERED, That the Bill for the making of the Church erected at Falmouth a Parish Church, and no Part of the Parish of Gluvias, or Chapelry of St. Budock, is re-committed to the former Committee; who are to meet this Afternoon, at Three of the Clock.

Roberts and Bodvile versus Wynn & al.

Upon hearing the Counsel on both Sides, between Robert Robertes Esquire and others Plaintiffs, and Thomas Wynn and others Defendants, upon the Exceptions made by the Counsel of the said Wynn to the State of the Case in the Decretal Order of Chancery as to the Matter of Fact; and after some Debate thereupon:

It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That this House will resume this Debate, upon the State of the Case in the Decretal Order of Chancery, on Thursday Morning next, without further Hearing of Counsel or Witnesses.

Adjourn.
