Answer from H. C.
The Messengers sent with the Message to the House of Commons on Friday last return with this Answer:
That they will be ready to go in a Body to attend the King, when they shall have Notice of the Time.
Committee to know when the King will be attended by the Houses.
Upon this, the Duke of Richmond, the Duke of Albemarl, and the Lord Great Chamberlain, were appointed to attend the King, to know His Pleasure, when both Houses shall wait upon Him concerning this Business.
ORDERED, That the Lord Berkley of Berkley and the Lord Clifford are added to the Committee for the Bill concerning the Earl of Orrory
River Wye Bill.
ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That all Parties concerned in a Bill, intituled, "An Act for the keeping, conserving, ordering, governing, and maintaining, of the River of Wye navigable, from Guildford, in the County of Surrey, to the River of Thames, and so to London, which should have been heard on Thursday next, the 28th of this Instant April, at this Bar, is put off, to be heard on Monday next, the Second of May, at Ten of the Clock in the Morning, upon the Matter contained in the said Bill; at which Time all Parties concerned are to attend, with their Counsel and Witnesses, and to come prepared for the said Hearing."

ORDERED, That this House will proceed To-morrow Morning to hear the Counsel of Sir John Pakington and the Inhabitants of the Town of Alsebury.
