King's Thanks for the Letter sent to Him unopened.
The Speaker acquainted the House, "That he had, according to their Lordships Directions, attended the King Yesterday, with the Packet sealed up, directed to the Speaker of the House of Peers. And His Majesty received it as a great Testimony of their Lordships Respects unto Him, and gives their Lordships very hearty Thanks for the same."

Next, the Roll of the Standing Orders of this House was read.
House to be called.
ORDERED, That this House shall be called on Monday come Sevennight, being the Fourth Day of April.
Writs of Error Bill.
The Earl of Dorsett reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for preventing Abatement of Writs of Error upon Judgements in the Exchequer, and they think it fit to pass as it is; but as concerning the Business of preventing the Grievance of the Multitude of Writs of Errors without Cause, the Committee thinks it not fit to clog this Bill with it, but rather to have a particular Bill for that Purpose."
Whereupon the House ORDERED, That the Bill now reported shall be engrossed; and that it be left to the Care of the Earl of Anglesey, to prepare a Bill to prevent the Grievance of the Multitude of Writs of Errors upon no legal Cause, and present the same to this House.
Committee for Petitions.
Lords Committees appointed by the House to receive and consider of Petitions, and afterwards to make Report thereof to this House:
Their Lordships, or any Seven of them, are to meet on Tuesday next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the Painted Chamber; and afterwards every Tuesday at the same Time and Place, with a Power to adjourn themselves from Time to Time as they please.
Robertes versus Wynn & al.
Upon the Petition of Sir Thomas Dayrell Knight, Thomas Wynn Esquire, Timothy Pollard Esquire, and Edward Griffith Gentleman, Defendants, by Way of an Appearance enjoined by an Order of this House, dated the One and Twentieth Instant, made upon the Petition of Robert Robertes Esquire and Sarah his Wife Plaintiffs, and an Order of Chancery thereunto annexed:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause upon the Petition of the said Roberte Robertes and Sarah his Wife, and the Order thereunto annexed, shall be heard, at this Bar, by Counsel, on Thursday the 31th of this Instant, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning; and that the Defendarits, or some of them, may take out Copies of the said Mr. Robertes' Petition, and the Order annexed, for the better preparing of themselves for the said Hearing; and both Parties are to come prepared for the said Hearing, according to the Direction of this present Order.
