The House being this Day certainly informed, "That Mr. Francis Walsingham, a menial Servant of the Lord Duke of Richmond, was arrested, by Richard George, a Bailiff of Westminster, at the Suit of Andrew Johnson and Richard Dragur, the said Walsingham being now a Prisoner in The Fleete:"
George, Johnson, and Dragur, sent for.
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the said Walsingham, George the Bailiff, Johnson, and Dragur, shall personally appear before their Lordships, at this Bar, To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock; and herein they nor any of them may fail, as the contrary will be answered at their Perils.
Bill for transporting Felons.

Meade's Petcomplaining of the Reversal of a Chancery Decree by this House in 1640.
Upon Report of the Earl of Dorsett from the Committee of Petitions, upon the Petition of Fuller Meade, made this Day to the House, wherein the Petitioner complains of reversing of a Decree in Chancery, by Authority of the House of Peers, in the Year 1640:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament (fn. 2) assembled, That this House will take the said Petition into Consideration on the First Day of their Meeting after the next Adjournment of this House; at which Time their Lordships will examine, whether it was by Order, or Judgement that the said Decree was reversed.
