Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for repairing the Highways and Sewers, and for paving and keeping clean of the Streets, in and about the Cities of London and Westm.; and for removing of Annoyances and Disorders in the Streets and Places adjacent to the said Cities; and for regulating and licensing of Hackney Coaches; and for the enlarging of several strait and inconvenient Streets and Passages."

The Earl of Derby reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill concerning the Tenants of the Manor of Cletheroe; and they have heard Mr. Attorney General, and the Counsel of the Duke of Albemarle. And the Committee have thought fit to make some Alterations therein, which are offered to their Lordships Consideration."
ORDERED, That this Bill is re-committed; and not to be reported again until Mr. Attorney General hath spoken with the King, to know His Pleasure concerning this Business.
ORDERED, That the Earl of Dorsett is added to the Committee for the Bill concerning the Poor.
Mylward's Bill.

Dallyson's Bill.
The Earl of Bollingbrooke reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill for selling Sir Rob't Dallison's Estate; and all Parties concerned have been heard, and consent to it; and the Committee thinks it fit to pass, without any Amendments."

Nevill's Bill
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable the Trustees of Henry Nevill Esquire to sell certain Manors, Lands, and Tenements, in the Counties of Yorke and Leycester, for Payment of his Son William Nevill's Debts; and likewise to confirm and strengthen the Sale of such Lands as they have already sold in the County of Yorke."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to the same Committee as the Duke of Somersett's Bill is.
Port of Wells Bill.

Yates versus Hoskins, in Error.
ORDERED, That the Errors between Yates Plaintiff and Hoskins Defendant shall be argued, at this Bar, by Counsel on both Sides, on Tuesday the 8th Day of April next ensuing, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning, whereof the Plaintiff or his Attorney is to have timely Notice by the said Defendant; and then both Parties are to come prepared with their Counsel, and attend the said Argument accordingly.
