The Earl of Dorsett reported from the Committee, the Bill declaratory concerning Bankrupts, with some Alterations; which, being read Twice, were Agreed to, and the Bill is ordered to be engrossed, with the said Amendments.

Mylward's Bill.

The Earl of Dorsett reported, "That the Committee have considered of the Bill concerning Mr. Mylward, and have made some Amendments therein, which are with the Consent of all Parties concerned."

The said Amendments were read Twice.

Bushell's Bill.

A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by the Lord Craymond and others; who brought divers Bills; videlicet,

1. "An Act for the repairing and better preserving the Key of the Port of Wells, in the County of Norfolke."

2. "An Act vesting certain Lands in Bleasby in Sir John Mounson the Younger, Robert Thorold Esquire, and Anthony Eyre the Elder, and their Heirs, to sell, for Payment of the Debts of Sir Rob't Dallyson and William Dallyson."

3. "An Act for settling certain Manors and Lands, late of Sir James Enyons Baronet, on Sir Henry Puckering, alias Newton, Baronet, and Sir Charles Adderly Knight, his surviving Trustees, to sell, for Payment of his Debts."

4. "An Act for confirming a Decree made on the Behalf of Thomas Derham Esquire, and the Improvements, Exchanges, and Allotments, therein mentioned."

5. "An Act enabling Thomas Peck Esquire to sell a Manor, and some Lands, in the County of Norff. for the Payment of his Debts, and other Uses."

Ld. Campden's Bill.

Hodie 1^a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for settling a Capital Messuage, (fn. 1) or Mansion-house, with the Appurtenances, in Kensington, in the County of Midd. upon Baptist Viscount Campden and his Heirs."

Hatfield Level.

ORDERED, That on Monday Morning next this House will hear the Complaint of the Breach of the Order of this House, made in the Business of Hatfeild Levell; in the mean Time, the Witnesses are to set down in Writing the Matter of Fact.

Crouch versus Atkinson, in Error.

ORDERED, That the Errors between Crouch Plaintiff and Atkinson Defendant shall be argued, at this Bar, by Counsel on both Sides, on Saturday the 15th of this Instant March, at Nine of the Clock in the Morning; whereof the Defendant is to give timely Notice to the Plaintiff; and both of them are to come prepared, with their Counsel, to attend the said Hearing, accordingly.
