Dr. Pory versus Hardy, for taking up Archbishop Parker's Bones, and selling his Leaden Coffin.
Upon reading the Petition of Doctor Pory; complaining, "That Mathew Hardy being served with the former Order of this House, for his taking up the Bones of Archbishop Parker, and putting them into the same Place out of which he took them, and for his making up the Monument as it was; yet he neglects the doing of these Things:"
It is ORDERED, That this Business shall be taken into Consideration To-morrow Morning; and then some Person is to make Oath of the serving of the said Order upon Mathew Hardy.
Dutchy of Cornwall Bill.
The Earl of Portland reported, "That the Committee hath considered of the Bill for enabling His Majesty to make Leases and Estates of Lands belonging to the Dutchy of Cornwall; and they have thought fit to make some Amendments therein, which are offered to their Lordships Consideration."
The said Amendments, being read Twice, were Agreed to.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to enable the King's Majesty to make Leases, Grants, and Copies of Offices, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, Parcel of His Highness' Dutchy of Cornwall, or annexed to the same, and for Confirmation of Leases and Grants already made."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill, with the Amendments, shall pass ?" It was Resolved in the Affirmative.
Message to H. C. with Bills.
A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Justice Twisden and Baron Turner:
To deliver to them these Two Bills, which have passed this House; and to desire the Concurrence of the House of Commons to the same, with the Amendments:
1. "An Act to enable the King's Majesty to make Leases, Grants, and Copies of Offices, Lands, Tenements, and Hereditaments, Parcel of His Highness' Dutchy of Cornwall, or annexed to the same; and for Confirmation of Leases and Grants already made."
2. "An Act for confirming of Private Acts."
Bill to illegitimate the E. of Banbury.

ORDERED, That the Bill for Endowment of several Churches by the Lord Viscount Scudamore shall be read To-morrow.
Bill to prevent the melting of Silver Coin.
Hodie 2a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act to prevent the Inconvenience that doth arise by melting the Silver Coin of this Realm."
ORDERED, That the Consideration of this Bill is committed to these Lords following:

Bill to regulate Corporations.
ORDERED, That the Bill concerning Corporations is re-committed to the former Committee; who are to meet To-morrow Morning, at Nine of the Clock, in the Prince's Lodgings. And these Lords following are added to the said Committee:

Upon reading the Petition of Sir Edward Turner Speaker of the House of Commons, Gilbert Gerard, Richard Browne, Benjamin Hodgskins, and others, on the Behalf of themselves and other the Reversioners of several Offices and Places in the City of London, and the Answer of the Lord Mayor and Aldermen of the said City to the said Petition; and a due Consideration of the whole Matter:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Cause, being a Matter of Right, is hereby referred to the Determination of the Common Law; and the Parties concerned are left to take their ordinary Course therein.
