A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by the Lord Bruce and others; who brought up these Two Bills, wherein they desire their Lordships Concurrence:

1. A Bill concerning the Earl of Dorsett, sent down from this House; to which they have agreed, with some Alterations, wherein they desire their Lordships Concurrence:

2. "An Act for Confirmation and Explanation of an Act for settling some of the Manors and Lands of the Earl of Cleveland in Trustees, to be sold, for the satisfying of the Debts of the said Earl, and of Thomas Lord Wentworth his Son."

E. of Banbury, concerning his Writ of Summons.

Upon Consideration of the Business of the Earl of Banbury, heard at this Bar Yesterday; and after a long Debate thereof:

It is ORDERED, That the Matter now in Debate concerning the Earl of Banbury is referred to the Consideration of the Committee for Privileges, and also the Matter of the Right of Precedency between the said Earl of Banbury and several Peers of this Realm, and to make Report thereof to this House: The Committee to meet on Monday next, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Committee for Petitions adjourned.

ORDERED, That the Committee for Petitions is adjourned until the next Meeting after the Adjournment; and that no new Petitions be received by the Lords Committees for Petitions before the Adjournment; and that the Businesses that are now depending before their Lordships shall be continued in the same State and Condition as now they are in, to be further proceeded upon at the next Meeting of this Parliament; only such Reports as are now ready may be reported to this House.

Firth, Ld. Willoughby's Servant, arrested.

Upon the Oath of William Lillie, in Writing, brought in this Day into the House, "That Thomay Wray, One of the Sheriffs Bailiffs of the County of Lyncolne, hath arrested William Firth, Servant of the Lord Willoughby, a Peer of this Realm, contrary to the Privileges of Parliament; it being at the Suit of Robert Johnson:"

Johnson and Wray to be attached.

It is ORDERED, That the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, or his Deputy, shall attach the Bodies of the said Thomas Wraye and Robert Johnson, and forthwith bring them before the Lords in Parliament, to answer their said Contempts. And this to be a sufficient Warrant in that Behalf.
