Jessop, concerning the Living of Winwick.
ORDERED, That Jessop, Minister of Winwick, in the County of Lancaster, shall be summoned to appear before this House on this Day Fortnight, to answer his Contempt, in not performing the Order of this House formerly made, concerning the securing the Profits of that Rectory, as by Certificate from the Churchwardens did appear.
Bill to indemnify Officers in Courts of Justice.

It is Resolved in the Affirmative.
Committee to prevent the Exportation of Money.
Ordered, That it be referred to the Lord Treasurer, Earl Bridgwater, Lord Robertes, Lord Craven, and Lord Fynch, to consider of some Course to prevent the Transporting of Money out of this Kingdom; and to advise with the Judges what Law is already in Force to that Purpose, and whether such Laws are a sufficient Provision in that Behalf; and to report the same to this House.
Count. of Derby and Ly. Culpeper take the Oaths.
This Day the Lady Dorothea Helena Countess of Derby, and the Lady Margarett Culpeper, took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, kneeling at the End of the Lord Chancellor's Woolsack, the House sitting; and the Clerk of the Crown reading the said Oaths unto them, before the Bill of Naturalization was read the Second Time.
Also a Certificate was produced, "That the Lady Culpeper had received the Sacrament, in the Dutch Congregation, on the 26th Day of August Instant."

Anniversary Thanksgiving Bill.
ORDERED, That the Bill concerning the Anniversary Thanksgiving shall be read To-morrow Morning.
Dr. Hodges recommended to the King.
ORDERED, &c. That the Duke of Albemarle, Lord Treasurer, and the Lord Chamberlain, are hereby desired to attend the King, and humbly to recommend Doctor Hodges, Chaplain in Ordinary to His Majesty, from this House, for some Mark of His Majesty's Favour, in regard of his constant and diligent Attendance upon this House ever since the Beginning of this Parliament.
Jessop's Order concerning the Living of Winwick.
ORDERED, &c. That Thomas Jessop shall appear at this Bar, on this Day Fortnight, which will be the 10th Day of September next, to answer the Complaint (fn. 1) which is made against him unto their Lordships, by a Certificate of the Churchwardens of Winwicke, in the County of Lancaster; and herein he may † not fail, as he will answer the contrary.
