Message from H. C. with Bills; and concerning the Damage Clear Bill.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Sir Robert Atkins and others; who presented to this House several Bills passed by the Commons; to which their Lordships Concurrence is desired:
1. "An additional Act for making further Provision for such as are infected with the Plague."
2. "An Act to prevent the Importation of Foreign Cattle and Fish."
3. "An Act for the Encouragement of sowing and planting of Hemp and Flax."
Further, to let their Lordships know, that the House of Commons have agreed to the Proviso and Amendments made by their Lordships in the Bill for taking away of Damage Clear.
Additional Bill to prevent the Plague spreading.
