ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Keeper of the Records in The Tower of London is hereby required to bring, or cause to be brought, unto the Lords Committees appointed to consider of the Privileges of the Peers of this Realm and Lords of Parliament, the Parliament Rolls of the First and Ninth Years of King Henry the Fourth, on Wednesday the Two and Twentieth Day of this Instant February, at Three of the Clock in the Afternoon, in the House of Peers; and for so doing, this shall be a sufficient Warrant.
Deeping, &c. Fens Bill.
Hodie 3a vice lecta est Billa, "An Act for draining the Fen called Deeping Fenn, and other Fens therein mentioned."
The Question being put, "Whether this Bill shall pass?"
It was Resolved in the Affirmative.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir William Childe and Sir Nathaniell Hobart:
To deliver to them the Bill concerning Deeping Fenn, and to desire their Concurrence therein.
Sir R. Carr's Bill.
Upon hearing the Counsel and Witnesses this Day, upon the Bill for settling the Estate of Sir Rob't Carr Knight; and the Petition of Dame Mary Carr, Wife of Sir Robert Carr Baronet, on Behalf of herself and her Husband:
It is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled, That the Consideration of this Business shall be taken up To-morrow Morning, the First Business.
L. Lucas, Privilege. Earl released; and to make good the Damages in the Manor of Crudwell cum Escott.
Whereas Giles Earle, Gentleman, stands committed to the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, for building a Wall upon, and making several Entries into, the Copyhold Estate of Alice Harding Widow, in the Manor of Crudwell cum Escot, in the County of Wilts, whereof the Lord Lucas is Lord, whereby the Inheritance of his Lordship is concerned, being violated, contrary to the Privilege of Parliament:
It appearing to this House, by his Petition, that the said Giles Earle hath submitted himself to the Lord Lucas, and humbly begs the Pardon of this House for his said Offence; it is ORDERED, by the Lords Spiritual and Temporal in Parliament assembled (by the Consent of both Parties), That the said Gyles Earle shall, before the 24th Day of June, in the Year 1665, take down the said Wall, and all other Walls and Fences by him built or made, and restore all Lands by any such Entries or other Encroachments by him gained, upon the said Copyhold Estate, whereby the Inheritance of the said Lord Lucas shall be restored, as it was before the said Walls, Encroachments, or Entries, were made; and that the said Gyles Earle be, and is hereby, discharged of his present Restraint, paying his Fees: And this to be a sufficient Warrant in that Behalf.
