Ordered, That Doctor Aylett give Institution and Induction to Wm. Ellis Master of Arts, to the Vicarage of Fowlden, in the County of Norff. void by the voluntary Resignation of Francis Hobman Clerk, the late Incumbent; the said Mr. Ellis being thereunto presented by the Master and Fellows of Gonvile and Caius Colledge, in Cambridge.

and Stafford to Pakenham.

Ordered, That Doctor Aylett give Institution and Induction to Rob't Stafford Master of Arts, to the Vicarage of Pakenham, in Com. Suff., void by the Death of Edward Wright Clerk, the late Incumbent; the said Mr. Stafford being thereunto presented under the Hand and Seal of Sir Will'm Spring Baronet, the lawful Patron pleno Jure.

Eltonhead and Cockayne.

Ordered herein, That, by the Consent of Mr. Eltonhead, both Parties are lest to Law; and Mr. Eltonhead to enjoy his former Possession.

Disputes in the Assembly.

Ordered, That the Dissenting Brethren, or any of them, may have Leave to make Replies to the Answers of the Assembly to their Reasons of Dissent, and the Answer of the Committee for Accommodation; and, to that End, may have free Access to, and Use of, the Scribes Books, and the Records of the Assembly, as the Assembly or any heretofore by their Authority have had.

Grigg and Rawtrey.

The Cause between Mr. Michaell Grigg and Mr. Rawtrey heard.

Ordered, That Mr. Grigg is left to his ordinary Course at Law.

Letter from L. Fairfax, for the Counties to raise Men, to suppress Insurrections:

A Letter from the Lord Fairfax, now General, for the Well-affected of each County in this Kingdom to list themselves, to suppress Insurrections and Tumults, read; with a Report thereupon from the Committee at Derby House, wherein their Sense is delivered upon the said Letter. (Here enter.)

Which Report, with the Sense thereupon, was put unto the Question.

Ordered, That the Lord Andover and his Servants shall have a Pass, into France.

Order for 6000l. for the Garrison of Hull.

"Be it Ordained, by the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, That the Sum of Six Thousand Pounds (for the Reparations and Fortifications about Hull) be charged upon the Moiety of the Receipts of the Grand Excise (not engaged for the Army) in Course, and paid unto William Dobson Esquire, Mayor of Hull, or his Assignee or Assignees, together with Interest for the same, after the Rate of Eight Pounds per Centum, payable at the End of every Six Months, from the First Day of May, until the Principal become due in Course as aforesaid: And the Commissioners of Excise for the Time being are authorized and required to make Payment of the said Six Thousand Pounds and Interest accordingly; and the Receipt or Receipts of the said Mr. William Dobson, or his Assignee or Assignees, shall be a sufficient Discharge in that Behalf."

Order for 5000l. for Newcastle;

"Be it Ordained, by the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, That the Sum of Five Thousand Pounds, to be employed for the Reparations and Fortifications about the Town and County of Newcastle and Tynmouth Castle, be charged upon the Moiety of the Receipts of the Grand Excise (not engaged for the Army) in Course, and (fn. 2) paid unto Thomas Ledgerd Esquire, Mayor of Newcastle, or his Assignee or Assigns, together with Interest for the same, after the Rate of Eight Pounds per Centum, payable at the End of every Six Months, from the First Day of May, until the Principal become due in Course as aforesaid: And the Commissioners of Excise for the Time being are authorized and required to make Payment of the said Five Thousand Pounds and Interest accordingly; and the Receipt or Receipts of the said Mr. Thomas Ledgerd, or his Assignee or Assigns, shall be a sufficient Discharge in that Behalf."

and 500l. for Scarborough.

"Be it Ordained, by the Lords and Commons in Parliament assembled, That the Sum of Five Hundred Pounds, to be employed for the fortifying of Scarborough, and accommodating that Place for the better Entertainment of the Garrison, be charged upon the Moiety of the Receipts of the Grand Excise (not engaged for the Army) in Course, and (fn. 2) paid unto John Harrison the Elder, of Scarborough, or his Assignee or Assigns, together with Interest for the same, after the Rate of Eight Pounds per Centum, payable at the End of every Six Months, from the First of May, until the Principal become due in Course as aforesaid: And the Commissioners of Excise for the Time being are authorized and required to make Payment of the said Five Hundred Pounds and Interest accordingly; and the Receipt or Receipts of the said John Harrison, his Assignee or Assigns, shall be a sufficient Discharge in that Behalf."
