Additional Ordinance concerning the Jurisdiction of the Admiralty Court.

Ordered, That the additional Ordinance concerning the Jurisdiction of the Court of Admiralty be referred to the Consideration of these Lords following, to consider of it, and report their Opinions to the House the next Sitting of the House:

Comes Pembrooke.
Comes Denbigh.
Ds. Grey.

Any Two; to meet when and where they please.

Stone and Bovett, in Error.

Upon Report of Mr. Baron Atkins, "That himself and the Judges to whom the Errors of the Writ of Error between Stone Plaintiff and Bovett Defendant, (fn. 1) that there is no Ground of any Error in the Judgement given in the King's Bench:"

It is thereupon Ordered, That the Judgement given in the King's Bench is hereby affirmed.

Licensers of Pamphlets.

Ordered, That the Judge Advocate of the Army and Mr. Jennings are added to Mr. Mabbott, for licensing of Pamphlets.

Adjourn.
