Ordered, That Mr. Vayne shall have a Pass, to go into Holland, with Four Horses or Geldings, for his own Use.

This Day the Lord Chief Justice of the King's Bench brought in these Writs of Error:

Awdley's Pet. to be exculed serving Sheriff of Norfolk.

A Petition of Mr. Hugh Awdley was read; desiring, he may be excused from being Sheriff of the County of Norff. he having no Freehold Estate there, and is aged Seventy-two Years."

It is Ordered, To be sent down to the House of Commons.

Williams's Pet. for his Sequestration to be taken off.

Upon reading the Petition of Richard Williams; desiring, "his Sequestration may be discharged, he having but a Lease of Fourteen Pounds per Annum, and never bore Arms against the Parliament, only attended upon the King in his Place:"

It is Ordered, That it be referred to the Consideration of the Committee of Lords and Commons for Sequestrations; and, after Examination, to report the same, with their Opinions, to both Houses, with what Expedition may be.

Mossage to the H. C. about it;-with Awdley's Pet.;-and Vayne's Pass.

A Message was sent to the House of Commons, by Sir Edward Leech and Mr. Page:

1. To desire Concurrence for Mr. Vayne to have a Pass, to go into Holland, with Four Horses or Geldings.

2. To deliver to them the Petition of Mr. Hugh Awdley.

3. To deliver to them the Petition of Rich. Williams, with the Sense of this House thereupon.

Revoked, not sent down.

Best, Firemaker, to have his Wages.

Upon reading the Petition of Charles Best, Firemaker to this House; desiring, "to have the Arrears of Three Shillings a Week paid him:"

It is Ordered, To be recommended to the Committee for the Revenue.

Brunsell to be instituted to Bingham;

Ordered, That Doctor Bennett give Institution and Induction unto Samuell Brunsell, to the Rectory of Bingham, in Com. Nottingham, void by Death; salvo Jure cujuscunque; the Lady Katherin Stanhope, Patroness.

Gower to Trinity, in Dorchester;

Ordered, &c. That Doctor Aylett give Institution and Induction unto Stanley Gowre Clerk, to the Rectory of the Parish Church of Trinity, in the Town of Dorchester, in the County of Dorsett, void by the Death of the last Incumbent; salvo Jure cujuscunque: Presentation under the Seal of the Guardians of the School and Hospital in the said Town of Dorchester, Patrons.

Ford to Oakley;

Ordered, &c. That Doctor Aylett give Institution unto Osbert Ford Clerk, to the Parish Church of Oakely, in the County of Bedford, void by the Death of the last Incumbent; salvo Jure, &c.: Presentation under the Seal of the Provost and Fellows of Eaton Colledge, in the County of Bucks, Patrons.

Ordered, That Doctor Aylett give Institution and Induction unto Mathew Playford Clerk, Master of Arts, to the Rectory of Greate Stanmore, in the County of Middlesex, void by the Resignation of Henry Rainsford, the last Incumbent; salvo Jure cujuscunque: Presentation under the Hand and Seal of Sir Tho.
