Ordered, That the Earl of Rutland shall have Six Months longer, to present to the Living of Bosworth, in the County of Leycester.
Message from the H. C. with the Ordinance to confirm Persons in Places in Oxford University.
A Message was brought from the House of Commons, by Mr. Swinfen, &c.; who brought up the Ordinance for confirming some Places, which the Committee for regulating of the University of Oxford have conferred; to which Ordinance the House of Commons do agree, with some Alterations, in which they desire their Lordships Concurrence.
The Answer returned was:
