Memorandum, That this Day, upon the Calling for of the Bill for Allowance to be made to the Sheriffs, the Lord Keeper of the Great Seal declared unto the Lords, that the Queen's Majesty would take Order therein Herself; which Her Pleasure and Determination, She willed him to signify unto them, on Her Majesty's Behalf.
