Queen restored in Blood. Exped.

Secunda, An Act whereby the Queen's Highness is restored in Blood to the late Queen Anne Her Highness's Mother.

First Fruits and Tenths.

Tertia, An Act for the Restitution of the First Fruits and Tenths, and Rents reserved Nomine Decime, and of Parsonages Impropriate, to the Imperial Crown of this Realm, with Five Provisos added thereunto by the Commons, and certain Amendments to be reformed therein.

Whereas one John Broxham hath brought one Assize against the Lord Willoughbie of Parham, to be tryed at and in the Assizes and Sessions now next to be holden at Lyncolne; upon Complaint and Petition of the said Lord Willoughbie, for that he necessarily attendeth the Parliament, so as he cannot, with his Learned Counsel, of whom some likewise be Burgesses, and serve at this Parliament, be at the said Sessions and Assizes; it is therefore Ordered and Decreed, by the Lords in Parliament, That one Injunction presently be awarded, out of the Chancery, to the said John Broxham, his Counsellors and Attorneys, commanding them and every of them, upon the Pain of Five Hundred Pounds, that they, nor none of them, in any wise, proceed in and to the Tryal of the said Assize, at these Assizes now next to be holden at Lyncolne aforesaid.
