Item hodie per Dominum Cancellarium quedam introducta est Billa, per quam Religiosi, quorum Monasteria sunt aut erunt dissoluta, habiles efficiuntur ad Terras et Tenementa sibi acquirend. nec non quibuslibet in causis placitare et implacitari, que quidem Billa 1a, 2a, et 3a vice est lecta, et assentita, et, una cum Scedula Bille Determinationis Opinionum annexa, Regis Attornato et Solicitatori tradita, in Domum Communem deferend.

Item a Domo Communi, per Willielmum Kyngeston, Militem, et alios, nova allata est Billa, concernens punicionem eorundem qui Accipitres, Damas, aut Cuniculos, Domini Regis furaciter capient, que quidem Billa 1a et 2a vice est lecta.

Memorandum, quod immediate post decessum prefati Willielmi Kyngeston, et aliorum, Ricardus Riche, Miles, Cancellarius Augmentationum Reventionum Corone Domini Regis, et alii de Domo Inferiori, Proceribus declaraverunt, eos Regiam Majestatem convenisse, illique supplicasse, quatenus eis liceret annectere Bille, concernenti Punicionem eorundem qui Accipitres, Damas, aut Cuniculos, sue Majestati pertinentes, furaciter capient, provisionem quandam, limitantem tempus Accusationis pro Transgressoribus ejusdem Bille; Regiamque Majestatem eis Petitionem suam hac in parte concessisse; verum, priusquam in Domum Communem reversi sint, dictam Billam per Willielmum Kyngeston, Militem, et alios, ad Proceres fuisse allatam: Itaque prefatus Ricardus Proceres, nomine Communitatis, rogavit, ut vel predictam Billam illis remitterent, ut illi hujusmodi provisionem eidem annecterent, aut ut illis placeret talem provisionem componere et eam dicte Bille annex. in Domum Communem mittere; cui per Dominum Cancellarium, ex Assensu Procerum, responsum est, quod, si prefatus Ricardus hujusmodi provisionem componeret, eandemque Proceribus afferret, illi circa eandem procederent prout inde causam cernerent.

Hoc pomeridiano tempore, Domino Rege in Solio Majestatis residente, ac Dominis Temporalibus et Spiritualibus Habitibus five Robis Parliamentalibus decoratis, presente etiam toto Populo et Plebe de Domo Communi, Nicholaus Hare, Miles, eorum Prolocutor, habita elegante et arguta Oratione, Regie Majestati humillime supplicavit, quatenus omnibus Actubus, presenti hoc in Parliamento expeditis, Assensum suum Regium prebere et concedere dignaretur; cui quidem Orationi fine tandem imposito, Thomas Audeley, Miles, Cancellarius Anglie, ex parte Domini Regis, ingentes Proceribus et Populo, pro Industria Studioque circa Reipublice negotia, durante hoc presenti Parliamento actis, egit Gratias; et preterea declaravit, quod dictus Dominus Rex ea omnia, cum Consensu suo Regio, ratificaverat, que predicti tam Proceres quam Communes excogitaverint ad Reipublice Utilitatem fore conducibilia; mandavitque Clerico Parliamentorum, singulos Actus presenti hoc in Parliamento expeditos ibidem tunc per initia recitare; quibus ex ordine, more solito, per predictum Clericum recitatis, prefatus Dominus Cancellarius, nomine Domini Regis, ac jussu sue Majestatis, presens Parliamentum in tertiam diem mensis Novembris, proxime sequentis, realiter prorogavit; mandans universis et singulis, quorum interest Parliamentis interesse, ut dicto die apud Westm. in locis consuetis conveniant, ibidem tunc super Negotiis Regni Colloquium habere et Tractatum, et concedens interim omnibus liberam ad propria redeundi Facultatem.
