Item hodie Dux Norff. declaravit, quod cum Proceres assignati, quinto die hujus mensis Maii, ad Diversitatem Opinionum Christianam Religionem conceraent. in hoc Regno Anglie usitat. examinand. nihil eadem in re fecissent, et propterea quod dubitabat ne secundum aliquorum Sententias dicto die prolatas, in earundem Examinatione, prefati Domini assignati non consentirent, ideo sibi optimum videri, ut isti Sex Articuli sequentes in pleno Parliamento examinarentur; in qua Examinatione, liceret unicuique quod sibi optimum videretur referre, per quam quidem relationem Unio earundem Opinionum dissidentium efficeretur et determinaretur; atque, ut pro meliore Observatione ejusdem Determinationis, penale aliquod Statutum inactitaretur contra illos qui eandem, aut aliquam inde parcellam, violabunt aut infringent.

Sex autem Articuli, sic examinandi, subsequuntur, et sunt tales, viz.

1. An Eucharistia verum sit Corpus Dominicum, absque Transubstantiatione.

2. Utrum Eucharistia sit communicanda Laicis sub utraque specie.

3. An Vota Castitatis, per Viros aut Mulieres facta, sint observanda, de Jure Divino.

4. An private Misse sint observande, de Jure Divino.

5. An licitum sit Sacerdotibus Uxores ducere, Jure Divino.

6. Utrum Auricularis Confessio sit necessaria, de Jure Divino.

Item hodie per Thomam Cheney, Willielmum Kyngeston, Milites, et alios de Domo Communi, due allate sunt Bille, quarum una concernit les Bowstaves in hoc Regnum Anglie invehend.

Altera vero concernit Attincturam nuper Marchionis Exonie, et aliorum, que quidem Billa, cum una provisione annexa, antea ad illos erat missa, et nunc per illos, cum quadam schedula eidem annexa, concernente Attincturam quorundam aliorum Proditorum in dicta Billa non nominatorum, rursus est allata.
