Willielmus Paget, Miles Ordinis Garterii, Comptrolarius Hospitii Domini Regis, et Cancellarius Ducatus Lancast. accersitus per Breve Regium ad Parliamentum, nomine Domini Paget de Beaudesert, hodie admissus est inter Proceres, et locatus inter Barones Regni. Forma autem dicti Brevis sic habet:

His Writ.

"Edwardus Sextus, Dei Gratia, Anglie, Francie, et Hibernie, Rex, Fidei Defensor, et in Terra Ecclesie Anglicane et Hibernice Supremum Caput, Predilecto et Fideli suo Willielmo Domino Paget de Beaudesert, Salutem.

"Cum, de Avisamento et Assensu Consilii Nostri, pro quibusdam arduis et urgentibus Negotiis, Nos, Statum et Defensionem Regni Nostri Anglie, ac Ecclesie Anglicane concernentibus, presens Parliamentum Nostrum teneri ordinavimus, et ibidem, cum Prelatis, Magnatibus, et Proceribus dicti Regni Nostri Colloquium habere et Tractatum, vobis igitur, in Fide et Ligeantia quibus nobis tenemini, firmiter injungendo mandamus, quod, cessante Excusatione quacunque, in hoc presenti Parliamento Nostro, hac instante die Martis, personaliter intersitis, Nobiscum, ac cum Prelatis, Magnatibus, et Proceribus predictis, super dictis Negotiis tractaturi, vestrumque Consilium impensuri. Et hoc, sicut Nos, et Honorem Nostrum, ac Salvationem ac Defensionem Regni et Ecclesie predictorum, Expeditionemque dictorum Negotiorum diligitis, nullatenus omittatis. Teste Meipso, apud Westm. tertio die Decembris, Anno Regni Nostri Tertio."
