HODIE convenerunt Proceres predicti in Camera Parliamentorum, ac similiter multi de Domo Communi, in qua quidem Camera predictus Dominus Cancellarius ostendit, puplicavit, et legi fecit, Literas Patentes Domini Regis inferius scriptas et registratas, per quas Dominus Rex, certis de causis eum moventibus, commisit et mandavit prefato Domino Cancellario, ac Precharissimis Consanguineis suis Thome Duci Norff. et Carolo Duci Suff. ac Predilecto Cousiliario suo Thome Domino Crumwell, Custodi Privati Sigilli sui, nec non Charissimis Consanguineis Willielmo Comiti Southampton, Roberto Comiti Sussex, et Edwardo Comiti Hertford, Reverendoque in Christo Patri Cuthberto Dunolm. Episcopo, aut eorum duobus, hac instante die Mercurii, presens Parliamentum, Nomine sue Majestatis, ad et in duodecimum diem Aprilis proxime futurum usque Westm. prorogate et continuare; qui quidem Dominus Cancellarius, et Dux Norff. virtute ejusdem Commissionis, aliquibus de Domo Communi tunc presentibus, presens Parliamentum realiter prorogaverunt in duodecimum diem mensis Aprilis antedictum.

Memorie tradendum est, quod Dominus Rex, per Literas suas singulis Vicecomitibus Comitatuum Angl. prius directas, concesserat Licentiam omnibus Dominis tam Temporalibus quam Spiritualibus, Militibus, Civibus, ac Burgensibus, abesse volentibus; qui quidem Vicecomites monuerant eosdem, secundum Mandatum Regium in eisdem Literis specificatum.

"Cum presens Parliamentum Nostrum apud Westm. vicesimo octavo die Aprilis ultimo preterito inchoatum, et ibidem post diversas Prorogationes idem Parliamentum Nostrum usque Westm. predictum in instantem quartum decimum diem Januarii ulterius prorogatum existat, ibidem tenendum et continuandum, Sciatis, quod, certis de Causis et Considerationibus Nos moventibus, de Fidelitate, Integritate, Industria, et Circumspectione, vestris plenius considentes, de Advisamento et Assensu Concilii Nostri, assignavimus vos, et duos vestrum, dantes vobis, vel duobus vestrum, plenam Potestatem, Facultatem, et Auctoritatem, hac instante die Mercurii, ad presens Parliamentum Nostrum; Nomine Nostro, ad et in duodecimum diem Aprilis proxime futurum usque Westm. predictum prorogandum et continuandum ibidemque tune tenendum. Et ideo vobis mandamus, quod circa premissa diligenter intendatis, ac ea in forma predicta effectualiter expleatis. Damus autem universis et singulis Archiepiscopis, Ducibus, Marchionibus, Comitibus, Vicecomitibus, Episcopis, Baronibus, Militibus, Civibus, et Burgensibus, ac omnibus aliis quorum interest ad dictum Parliamentum Nostrum conventurum tenore presentium, firmiter in Mandatis, quod vobis in premissis faciendis et exequendis pareant, obediant, et intendant, prout decet.
