Grant by Isabel widow of Nicholas de Bisshopsgate, John Wilemy of Graschirch, Osbert the Woolmonger and William le Meguzer, executors of the will of Nicholas, of 5s. p.a. of quit rent to Eustace prior and convent from land and houses which Bartholomew the Cook holds in the parish of St. Ethelburga Virgin within Bischopsgate; sealed; witnesses, Walter Hervi, mayor, Walter Potter, John Horn, sheriffs; dated 1 July [1273] and this tenement is on the west side of Bischopsgatstret [26 lines blank].
