The rentcharge of 63l. per annum is received by Mr. John J. Heele, the master of the Witney School at Witney, and the whole is retained by him to cover the above payments with the exception of the sum of 3l. for repairs, which is remitted by him to the Grocers' Company yearly.
The Company have laid out very considerable sums in repairs out of their own funds.
