Wednesday, October 16th. Present:—Mr. Gascoyne, Mr. Eden.
Lord George Germain, one of his Majesty's principal Secretaries of State, attends.
The following Orders of the Lords of the Privy Council were
read, vizt.,
Trade.
Order of the Lords of the Privy Council, dated October 4th,
1776, referring to this Board, for their consideration and
report, the petition of Messrs. John and George Dyer, for
leave to export to the Mosquito Shore certain military
stores, therein specified, on board the ship Lovely Lass.
Order of the Lords of the Privy Council, dated October 11th,
1776, referring to this Board, for their consideration and
report, the petition of Messrs. Graham, Johnston and
Company, for leave to export to Pensacola certain military
stores, on board the armed ship Lord Amherst.

Their lordships, upon consideration of the aforementioned petitions, were of opinion, that the exportation prayed for should be allowed; and the draughts of reports to the Lords of the Council having been prepared accordingly, were approved, transcribed and signed.
Senegambia.
Ordered, that a letter be written to Mr. Robinson, Secretary to the Lords Commissioners of the Treasury, desiring that he would acquaint their lordships, that this Board wish to deliver their observations and opinion upon the Senegambia accompts, referred by his letter of the 27th of July last, in conference with their lordships, and are ready to attend them on the earliest day which may be convenient.
Dominica.

Their lordships read and approved of the assignment of a lease of twenty eight acres of land in the Island of Dominica from Jean Baptiste Peltier to Messrs. Francois Roger Bellair and Charles Martin Bellair; and the Secretary was ordered to certify their lordships' approbation accordingly.
