The manor and a third part of the manor of Flete, held jointly by the said Thomas and Eleanor his wife, as of their purchase from Everard de Flete, to hold to them and the heirs of the said Thomas, by fine levied in the king’s court at Westminster on the octave of St. Martin, 4 Edward II.; the said manor of Multon, with the rent in Midthingesby, is held of the prior of Spalding by service of 7l. 6s. yearly; and the third part of the manor of Flete, together with two parts thereof, is held of John son and heir of Robert de Wylughby, a minor and in the king’s wardship, by service of a pair of white gloves, price 1d.
