Littlehawe in Thurston and Norton. The manor held by Hervey de Stanton for life of the king in chief, service unknown, with reversion to the right heirs of the said John.
Peter son of Reginald, aged 30, son and heir of Joan de Vyvonia, one of the daughters and heirs of William de Fortibus, uncle of the said John, and Cecily de Bello Campo, aged 40, another of the daughters and heirs of the said William, are his next heirs.

Return from the escheator, that after this inquisition was taken one Simon Pyrot arraigned an assize of novel disseisin of the said manor against Ralph the heir, and against the escheator and others, which has proceeded to the injury of the king’s estate (status).

Out of which are payable by ancient grant to the abbey of Waltham 3s. yearly.

Northmorton. The manor held for life of Aymer (Almarico) de Valenc[ia] for 1 knight’s fee by homage and scutage. And on the morrow of St. John the Baptist, 3 Edw. II by fine and agreement between the said Miles and Gilbert his brother before the justices of the Bench, the said manor was granted to the said Miles for life with remainder to his son Gilbert and the heirs of his body; by virtue whereof the said Gilbert has entered thereupon and holds the same.
