Charged as preb. of Totenhall with pluralism, 9 Apr. 1303 (Reg. Winchelsey 1 453-4). Royal gr. of a preb. vacated by him to Odard de Monte Martini, 14 Feb. 1304 (CPR. 1301-1307 p. 214). Papal dispensation 19 Feb. for James de Hispania not to appear before abp. (CPL. 1 612, 11 11). Apparently James de Hispania regained the preb., as Odard de Monte Martini did not possess a London preb. in 1308 (ibid. 11 34), and James de Hispania exch. it 16 March 1330 with John de Offord for preb.
