Martin engaged in litigation about archdcnry, stated 24 Aug. 1360 that had obtained three sentences in his favour, but that Hywel had d. before he could execute judgt. (CPP. I 316). Martin petitioned s.d. for rights of Hywel in archdcnry (ibid. p. 358). Clyewe appears to have res. claims since Martin occ. as archdcn. 30 Jan. 1361 (ibid. p. 365).
