Prayers.

Orders by Lords.

THE Order of the House of Lords, dated die Veneris, 22die Junii 1660, for securing the Tythes and Profits of several Rectories, and Ecclesiastical Livings, in the Hands of the Churchwardens and Overseers of the Poor;

Another Order of the House of Lords, of the Threeand-twentieth of June 1660, whereby they have ordered and impowered the Clerk of the Parliament, to insert the particular Names into the general Order made Yesterday, concerning sequestered Ministers, of such as shall bring in Petitions directed to the Lords House, and deliver them to him;

And another Order of the House of Lords, of the 22d June 1660, that no Waste be made, nor Timber, Logs, Roots of Trees, or any Wood whatsoever, taken or carried away from the Lands and Hereditaments of the Lord Chandos, belonging to Sudley, in the County of Gloucester; were all read.

Ordered, That the said Orders be referred to a Committee, to examine the Business, to state Matter of Fact, and consider of such Heads, for a Conference to be had thereupon with the Lords, as they shall think fit, and present them, to this House; viz. Pardon and Oblivion.

The House resumed the Debate upon the Bill of general Pardon, Oblivion, and Indemnity.

A Proviso, for refunding of several Gifts and Salaries, was read the First time.

Resolved, That this Proviso be read the Second time.

The said Proviso was read the Second time accordingly.

The Question being put, That this Proviso be laid aside;

Another Proviso was tendered to this Bill, to enable Persons to bring Actions for Recovery of Damages against Persons that imprisoned and secluded Members of Parliament, December . . 1648; which was read the First time.

Resolved, That this Proviso be rejected.

Resolved, That this House do now rise.
