Prisoners Relief.

Ordered, That all the Members of this House, that serve for the several Counties of Devon and Cornwall, be added to the Committee to which the Bill for Relief of poor prisoners was committed.

Irish Cattle.

Sir Robert Howard report from the free Conference had with the Lords upon the Bill against Importing of Irish Cattle, That the Lord Anglesey did acquaint them that the only Differences now between both Houses being about the Word "Nuisance;" and That Expression looking like a Restraint on the King's Prerogative; they thought fit, by a Petition to his Majesty, to supply what that Word might import: To which Petition they desired the Concurrence of this House: Which Petition, with the Reasons of the Lords for it, being delivered at the Conference, the Reporter read in his Place; and after, delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table.

The Question being put, That this House doth adhere to the Word "Nuisance," that it stand in the Bill;

The House was divided.
