Prayers.

Ly. Noell's Estate.

Sir Solomon Swale reports from the Committee to which the ingrossed Bill, sent from the Lords, for Supply of Part of the Jointure of the Lady Elizabeth Noell was committed, That the Committee had carefully perused the Bill; and heard all Parties concerned; and found no Cause to make any Alteration or Amendment thereto.

Gold Wire, &c.

A Bill for preparing of Gold and Silver Wire was read.

The Question being put, That the Bill be read the Second time;

It passed in the Negative.

Williams' Estate.

A Bill for Payment of the Debts, and making Provision for the Widow and Children, of Sir Henry Williams, deceased, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be read a Second time on this Day Sevennight.

Duelling.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill against Duelling be read a Second time on Thursday next.

Private Business.

Resolved, &c. That no new private Business be entertained for a Fortnight.

Supply.

The Question being put, That Mr. Speaker do leave the Chair; and the House resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the Consideration of the King's Supply;

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Millward took the Chair of the Committee.

Mr. Speaker resumed the Chair.

Mr. Millward reports, That the Committee had made some Progress in the Matter of the King's Supply: And humbly moved, That the House would, according to former Order, resolve into a Committee again To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to proceed in the further Consideration thereof.

Bodvile's Estate.

Ordered, That the Hearing of the Cause upon Mr. Robarts' Bill, appointed to be heard at the Bar of this House To-morrow, be deferred and respited till Monday Morning next.

Committees.

Ordered, That all Committees, That were to sit this Afternoon, except the Committee concerning sealed Paper, be adjourned till To-morrow, Two of the Clock in the Afternoon.

Committee added.

Ordered, That Mr. James Praed, Mr. Tregonnell, Mr. Thom. Herle, Mr. Pitts, be added to the Committee of Elections.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, Eight of the Clock.
