STEPHEN Buizard did, this Day, take the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, before Mr. Speaker, at the Clerk's Table, in order to his Naturalization.

Outwood Common.

A Bill to confirm a Decree, for inclosing Part of the Common of Outwood in Yorkshire, was read.

Ordered, That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Duelling.

Ordered, That the Bill against Duelling be read Tomorrow Morning.

Fance's Estate.

A Bill to make good a Recovery, heretofore suffered by Bonham Fance, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to Sir John Heath, Sir Robert Atkins, Sir Thom. Gower, Sir Wm. Lowther, Sir Charles Harbord, Colonel Birch, Mr. Wm. Mountague, Mr. Coleman, Mr. Phillips, Mr. Flint, Sir Edw. Masters, Mr. Millward, Sir Solom. Swale, Sir Francis Goodrick, Sir John Brampston, Sir Wm. Gawdy, Mr. Dowdeswell, Mr. Mallet, Sir Thom. Tompkins, Mr. Hardes, and all the Members of this House that are of the Long Robe, and all the Members that serve for the County of Kent: And they are to meet in the Speaker's Chamber, on Monday next, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Replevins.

Ordered, That the Committee to which the Bill for extending a former Act, touching Avowries and Distresses, to Wales, . . . ., do insert the Counties Palatine into the Bill: And all the Members that serve for the said several Counties are added to the Committee: And the Committee is also to consider, If the former Act be defective; and how it may be supplied.

Resolved, &c. That the House do resolve into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed in the further Debate of the King's Supply.

Mr. Millward reports, That the Committee had made some Progress in the effectual raising Eighteen hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty: And humbly moves, That the House would appoint a Committee, to inspect the Rolls, and Returns in the Exchequer, of Chimney Money; and the Farmer and Farmers Books; or use any other Way of an Inspection therein; and thereupon to bring in, and report, an Estimate of the yearly Value of Chimney Money: That the House would appoint a Committee, to bring in a Bill for the Sale of Chimney Money: And that the House would resolve into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to consider of a Compensation to his Majesty, in lieu of Chimney Money.

Chimney Money.

Resolved, &c. That it be referred to the Committee appointed to bring in an Estimate of the yearly Value of Chimney Money, to prepare and bring in a Bill for the Purchasing off of Chimney Money: And all of the Long Robe are added to the said Committee: And the especial Care hereof is left to Mr. Solicitor, Sir Job Charlton, and Sir Edw. Thurland.

Resolved, &c. That the House be resolved into a Committee of the whole House, To-morrow Morning, Ten of the Clock, to consider of a Compensation to his Majesty, in lieu of Chimney Money; and of the effectual raising Eighteen hundred thousand Pounds Supply for his Majesty.
