Prayers.

Dr. Dalbyn, &c. thanked.

ORDERED, That the Thanks of this House be given to Dr. Dalbyn, Dean of Westminster, and to Dr. Outrin, Rector of Saint Margaret's, Westminster, for the Sermons, by them preached before this House Yesterday: And the Lord Ancram and Sir Robert Long, are desired to return them the Thanks of this House.

Atheism, &c.

Ordered, That a Committee be appointed to look into the former Laws against Atheism, Profaneness, Debauchery, and Swearing; and to examine, Whether they are defective, and wherein; and whether there be any Neglect in putting the Laws in Execution; and to report the Matter, and their Opinions therein, to the House: And that it be referred to the Masters of the Rolls, Sir Thom. Tompkins, Sir Robert Atkins, Sir Richard Temple, Colonel Reames, Sir Edw. Massey, Sir Anthony Irby, Sir Job. Charlton, Sir Phill Musgrave, Mr. Pepis, Sir Wm. Lewis, Colonel Strangwaies, Serjeant Seis, Sir Thom. Allen, Mr. Prynn, Sir Jo. Birkenhead; or any Five of them: And they are to meet at Two of the Clock this Afternoon, in the Speaker's Chamber: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Election Petition.

Sir Job Charlton reports from the Committee of Elections, That, in the Matter of Election between Mr. Gray and Mr. Collingwood, the Committee were in Doubt, Whether the Petition of Mr. Gray could regularly be received.

The Question being put, That the Committee of Elections be ordered to receive the Petition of Mr. Gray;

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Nathaniell Hobert and Mr. Proctor;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have sent you down a Bill, intituled, An Act for Naturalization of Isabella of Nassawe, Wife of the Right honourable the Lord Arlington, one of his Majesty's principal Secretaries of State: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Supply.

Resolved, &c. That this House will resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, on Thursday next, to take into Consideration the Matter of his Majesty's Supply.

Army Estimate.

Ordered, That the Committee appointed to inspect the public Accompts, do hasten their report of the Estimate of the Charge of the War, for the two last Years: And that the Committee do this Afternoon: and give such further Instructions to the Sub Committee as they shall find necessary.

Leave of Absence.

Ordered, That Mr. Pepis have the Leave of this House to go into the Country.

E. of Cleveland's Estate.

Ordered, That Sir John Heath, and Dr. Quarterman, be added to the Committee to whom the Bill concerning the Earl of Cleveland is committed.
