Prayers.

ANTHONY Horneck and Anthony De Choqueere took the Oaths of Allegiance and Supremacy, in order to their being naturalized.

Unconforming Ministers, &c.

Mr. Milward reports from the Committee to which the Bill for suppressing Unconforming Ministers and Schoolmasters was committed, several Amendments agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and then delivered the same in at the Clerk's Table: Which, being twice read; and some Alterations made being, upon the Question, agreed, and made thereto at the Table;

A Proviso was also tendered to be added to the Bill; and twice read.

Resolved, &c. That the Proviso be added, and made Part of the Bill.

Resolved, &c. That the said Bill, with the Amendments and Proviso, agreed to, be ingrossed.

Camelford Writ.

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do issue out his Warrant to the Clerk of the Crown, to make out a Writ, for Electing of a Burgess to serve for the Town of Camelford in the County of Cornewall, in the room of Mr. Rosecarrock, deceased.

Supply Bill.

The ingrossed Bill for granting the Sum of Twelve hundred and Fifty thousand Pounds to the King's Majesty, for his present further Supply, was read.

And some Amendments, upon the Question, agreed, and made at the Table.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for granting the Sum of Twelve hundred and Fifty thousand Pounds to the King's Majesty, for his present further Supply.

Preventing the Plague.

Ordered, That Sir John Heath, Lord Gorge, and Mr. Trevor, be added to the Committee to which the Bill for preventing the Spreading of the Plague is committed.

Damage Cleere.

A Message from the Lords, by Sir Wm. Childe and Sir Nathaniell Hobart;

Mr. Speaker, The Lords have returned you the Bill for taking away of Damage Cleere, with some Alterations, and a Proviso to be added: To which they desire the Concurrence of this House.

Prize Goods.

A Bill to prevent the Imbezzling of Prize Goods * * * *.
