An ingrossed Bill for the Naturalizing of George Willoughby, and others, was this Day read.
Resolved, &c. That the said Bill do pass: And that the Title shall be, An Act for the Naturalizing George Willoughby, and others.
And Colonel Kirkby is to carry up the Bill to the Lords for their Concurrence.

Chimney Money.

Ordered, That the Committee to which it was referred, to prepare and bring in a Bill touching the Admiralty, be revived; and do sit this Afternoon, in the Place formerly appointed; and do expedite the bringing in the said Bill.

Ordered, That the Report of the Bill for better Observation of the Lord's Day, be heard To-morrow Morning.

Militia.
The House did then resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, to proceed upon the additional Bill for the Militia.
Mr. Speaker left the Chair.

Mr. Milward reports from the Committee, That the Committee had made a further Progress in the said Bill; and desired, that the House would again resolve itself into a Committee of the whole House, on Wednesday Morning next, at Ten of the Clock, to resume the Debate upon the said Bill.

Leave of Absence.

Resolved, &c. That William White, and * Challoner, be sent for, in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms attending this House, or his Deputy; for their Breach of the Privilege of this House, in making a forcible Entry into the House of Sir Wm. Smith, a Member of this House, at Steple Claydon in the County of Bucks.
