Hatfeild Level.

A Bill for the final Settling of all Differences between the Participants of the improved Lands within the Level of Hatfeild Chace, and Parts adjacent, extending into the Counties of Yorke, Lincolne, and Nottingham, was this Day read the First time.

Ordered, That this Bill be laid aside for the present, sine die.

Slingsby's Estate.

A Bill for Sale of Sir Robert Slingsby deceased his Lands, for Payment of his Debts, was this Day read the Second time.

Dudson and King's Barton Hundreds.

Mr. Smith reports from the Committee to which the Bill for the Disuniting the Hundreds of Dudson and King's Barton, from the County of the City of Gloucester, and restoring it to be Part of the County of Gloucester, was committed, several Amendments to the said Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after, delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Which said Amendments, being severally twice read, were, upon the Question, agreed unto.

Resolved, That this Bill, with the Amendments reported and agreed to, be ingrossed.

Barry's &c. Petition.

The House resumed the Petition of Christopher Barry, and others, of the County of Oxon, into Consideration: And

It was Resolved, upon the Question, That a Committee be appointed of the Persons following; viz. Sir Robert Atkins, Sir John Maynard, Serjeant Charleton, Serjeant Keeling, Sir John Brampston, Sir James Smith, Mr. Pryn, Mr. Vaughan, Sir William Lowther, Sir Anthony Irby, Sir William Lewis: Who are to take the Petition, and Case of the Petitioners, into Consideration; and to consider of some Expedients for their Relief; and to send for the Parties concerned; and accommodate the Difference, if they can; or otherwise to report the same to this House; and they are to meet in the Speaker's Chamber To-morrow, at Two of the Clock in the Afternoon: And to send for Persons, Papers, and Records.

Great Level of Fens.

Resolved, That the Business of Colonel Sandys and Sir Wm. Tirringham be adjourned, and taken into Consideration on Saturday next; the Time not now serving to hear the same: Whereof all Parties concerned are to take notice.

Executing Regicides.

Sir Edmond Peirse reports from the Committee to whom the Bill for executing of certain Persons attainted of High Treason, was committed, several Amendments to the said Bill, which he read, with the Coherence, in his Place; and after delivered in at the Clerk's Table: Which said Amendments, being severally twice read, were, upon the Question, agreed unto.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the Name of John Downes be struck out of the Bill for executing certain Persons attainted of High Treason.

Resolved, upon the Question, That the Name of George Fleetwood be struck out of the Bill for Executing of certain Persons attainted of High Treason.

Both which Names were struck out of the Bill, accordingly.

The Question being put, That the Name of William Heveningham be struck out of the Bill for the Executing of certain Persons attainted of High Treason;

It passed in the Negative.

A Petition of Henry Smith, one of the said Persons attainted, was read:

And the Question being put, That the Bill for Executing of certain Persons attainted of High Treason, with the Amendments so agreed to, be ingrossed:

It was resolved in the Affirmative.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning at Eight of the Clock.
