Prayers.

SIR Wm. Gedeon, and Maurice Van Loor, did this Day take the Oaths of Supremacy and Allegiance at the Clerk's Table, in order to their Naturalization.

Booth's Estate.

A Bill to enable Sir George Booth Baronet to lease and sell Lands, for Payment of his Debts, and raising Portions for Advancement of his younger Children, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, That this Bill be now read the Second time.

The said Bill was read the Second time accordingly; and, upon the Question, committed unto Mr. Pryn, Sir Walter Earle, Sir Anthony Irby, Sir Gilbert Gerrard, Mr. Trevor, Serjeant Glyn, Sir Wm. Waller, Mr. Yong, Colonel West, Sir John Northcot, Colonel Jones, Sir Wm. Vincent, Mr. Weston, Mr. Swinfin, Lord Bruce, Mr. Holles, Mr. Grey, Sir Dudley North, Sir Ralph Ashton, Mr. Boscawen, Sir Francis Gerrard, Colonel Harley, Mr. Danyells, Sir Tho. Widdrington, Sir Wm. Doyley, Sir Ralph Knight, Sir Edmond Bowyer, and the Knights and Burgesses of Cheshire and Lancashire: And they are to meet To-morrow in the Afternoon, at Two of the Clock, in the Court of Wards.

Grant to Booth.

Ordered, That the Sum of Ten thousand Pounds be conferred on Sir George Booth Baronet, as a Mark of Respect unto him, for his eminent Services and great Sufferings for the Publick; and that the same be charged upon the Excise in Course, and paid unto the said Sir George Booth, or his Assigns; and that the Commissioners for the Excise do pay the same to the said Sir George Booth, or his Assigns accordingly: And the Acquittance or Acquittances of the said Sir George Booth, testifying the Receipt thereof, shall be their sufficient Discharge in that Behalf.

Arms provided.

A Paper concerning Three hundred Arms, provided Anno 1650, by Mr. Samuell Birch, and laid up about Manchester, for his Majesty's Service, was this Day read.

Settling Ministers in Livings.

A Bill for settling and restoring Ministers in their Ecclesiastical Livings and Promotions, was this Day read the Second time.

Advances to the Public.

Mr. Annesley carried to the Lords the Votes, for their Concurrence, touching the Twenty thousand Pounds for his Majesty's Reception, and Interest for what is advanced thereof, to be charged on the Three Months Assessment.

Debts to Peck, &c.

Ordered, That Mr. Annesley do put the Lords in mind of the Votes touching Mr. Peck, and Lancelot Emot the Marshal.
