MR. Secretary Morice acquaints the House, That he had attended his Majesty, to know his Pleasure, when he would be presented with the Petition and Address on the Behalf of the Lord Saint John: And that his Majesty had appointed the House to attend him this Afternoon at Three of the Clock, at Whitehall.

Privilege.

Ordered, That * *, Servant to one Morice an Hackney Coachman, be sent for in Custody of the Serjeant at Arms, or his Deputy; for his Affront and Abuse offered to Doctor Burwell, Mr. Rigby, and Mr. Chowne, Three Members of this House; and for uttering reproachful Words, tending to the Dishonour of this House, and in Breach of the Privilege of Parliament.

Lyndsey Level.

Ordered, That the Bill touching Lindsey Level be read the first Bill after his Majesty's Business is dispatched.

Irish Cattle, &c.

Mr. Seymour reports from the Committee to which the Proviso, sent from the Lords, touching Twenty thousand Head of Cattle to be given by Ireland, for Relief of the Poor of London, was committed, some Amendments to be made to the Proviso: Which he read; and delivered in at the Clerk's Table: And the same was twice read; and debated.

The Question being put, To agree to the Amendment;

It passed in the Negative.

The Question being put, To agree to the Proviso, sent from the Lords;

The House was divided.

Mr. Speaker acquaints the House, That he had delivered to his Majesty the said Petition of the Lord Saint John: And thereupon his Majesty was most graciously pleased to declare, That he would examine the Matter; and would do therein, according to Justice and Reason.

And then the House adjourned till To-morrow Morning, at Eight of the Clock.
