Writs to be issued.

ORDERED, That Mr. Speaker do deliver out the Writ, for Election of a Member to serve for the Town of Helston in Cornewall.

Ordered, That Mr. Speaker do deliver out the Writ, for Election of a Knight to serve for the County of Hertford.

Unconforming Ministers, &c.

A Bill for suppressing Unconforming Ministers and Schoolmasters was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Preventing the Plague.

A Bill to supply the Defects of the Law, whereby Provisions were made for those that should be infected with the Plague, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Swearing, &c.

A Bill for the better Suppressing of profane Swearing, Cursing, and Drunkenness, was read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Supply Bill.

A Bill for granting the Sum of Twelve hundred and Fifty thousand Pounds to the King's Majesty, for his present further Supply, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill be committed to a Committee of the whole House: And that the House will, on Monday next, at Nine of the Clock, resolve into a Committee, to take the Bill into Consideration. And the Committee are to take care to make Provision in the Bill, to ease his Majesty in the Payment of Interest; and to enable him to take up Money to supply his Occasions, upon Security of the Bill.

Damage Cleere.

Mr. Pryn reports from the Committee to which the Bill for taking away Damage Cleere was committed, an Amendment agreed by the Committee to be made to the Bill: Which he read, with the Coherence; and after, delivered in at the Clerk's Table: And the same was twice read; and agreed to.

Resolved, &c. That the Bill, with the Amendment agreed to, be ingrossed.

Preserving Game.

A Bill to restrain Artificers, and other mean Persons, from destroying of Hares, Partridges, and other Game, was read the Second time.

Petit Treason, Murder, &c.

A Bill for the Tryal and Conviction of Accessaries to Petit Treason, Murder, and Felony, was read the Second time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be committed to the same Committee to which the former Bill, for the better Tryal and Conviction of such Persons as shall be indicted for Petit Treason, Murders, and Felony, was committed.

And then the House adjourned till Monday Morning next, Eight of the Clock.
