Packington's Estate.

A BILL to enable Sir John Packington, and his Trustees, to sell, or otherwise dispose of, certain Lands, for the Payment of Debts, and raising Portions for younger Children, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

Church Lands.

A Bill for Apportioning of Rents, and preventing concurrent Leases, of the Lands of Bishops, and other Ecclesiastical Persons, was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday next.

St. Oswald Hospital.

Ordered, That the Bill for Regulation of the Hospital of St. Oswald in the County of Worcester, be read Tomorrow Morning.

Hemp and Flax.

A Bill for the Sowing and Planting of Hemp and Flax was this Day read the First time.

Resolved, &c. That this Bill be read the Second time on Monday Morning next.

Priests and Jesuits.

The Representation and Petition, sent from the Lords, as an Expedient to the Vote of this House, in reference to Jesuits and Romish Priests, was read; and taken into Debate.

Resolved, &c. That it be referred to Mr. Solicitor General, Serjeant Charlton, Mr. Mountague, Mr. Waller, Sir Edward Walpole, Mr. Vaughan, Sir Phil. Warwick, Sir Robert Atkyns, Mr. Secretary Morice, Sir Tho. Meres, or any Three of them, to peruse the Vote of this House, and the Petition sent from the Lords; and to unite the Preface of the Petition to the Substance of the Vote of this House.

Ordered, That the House will proceed in the further Consideration of this Matter, To-morrow Morning, at Ten of the Clock.
